"Operational Thought part 2: What does it mean?"

The past couple days i have truly been sitting here thinking this over, what does it truly mean to reflect, to understand. i have some issues with this, because i seem to fall short, and always end up resorting back to the same pattern as i have been doing, not that i am meaning to, but it a habit, and retraining oneself is a little hard i must admit. But to truly reflect, Y/you have to truly know Y/yourself, how Y/you walk in the world is a very important key to a healthier Y/you and how P/people really see Y/you, and God is it a lot harder than i thought. Have W/we truly ever sit and examined O/ourselves, the inside of U/us? The beauty or the ugliness that grows inside of U/us? Have W/we truly seen these sides that W/we need to reflect on. W/we always open up different walkways in life, some are positive and then some are negative, but as i am sitting here its like do i truly understand things sometimes, the way i talk to P/people, my interactions with T/them, what i bring to my relationships is like the determinant of what i will receive out of it. i have a lot of issues that need to be fixed, and i am really trying to overcome this, the ugliness that has grown inside of me, comes out more than i would like it to, and the more i try to reflect it seems that it comes out more. How do Y/you stop thoughts, or over-thinking, or over re-acting to things, or thinking negatively? i honestly feel, like Y/you can retrain Y/youself, but honestly, W/we are human beings, and i do feel W/we forget in times its really needed. i wished W/we could put like a shock system in O/our brains, and when W/we start to have these bad days, or these thoughts of negativity it sends a lil signal to O/our brains...like nope not today, that would be nice, probably dangerous, but i think it would help U/us get the idea like stop going that route, try a different one. i honestly do believe there is always an opportunity to improve Y/youself, just need to really focus and learn what is best for Y/you, what works best and make adjustments, know the difference in making real progress and what value its going to bring to Y/your life. Change the path in Y/your life without force, really connect with Y/yourself..don't judge Y/yourself, but understand. i think the process would be a lot less strain-less if W/we could get a pattern down like that.
